Welcome to our Parc Richelieu residence, perfect for business and leisure, in the centre of La Roche sur Yon, a quiet, relaxing town located only 20 minutes from the beaches and 40 minutes from Nantes.

The Parc Richelieu offers 33 fitted and furnished apartment suites, in studio and 2-room configurations, designed for 1-2 people. Spacious apartments combining comfort and practicality with a fully-fitted kitchen, flat-screen television, free, unlimited Internet access and corner office.

Our guests can also take advantage of a fitness room, a launderette and a secure car park. Our packages for “à la carte” services make our residence the perfect compromise between an hotel and a private apartment!

2-person apartment (30m2)
Our 2-person apartments feature a large double bed, a living room with sofa, a fully-fitted kitchen (electric hotplates, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, coffee maker, cupboards), flat-screen television, free and unlimited Internet access, washroom, separate toilet.

• Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 7.30am - 12.00pm and from 1.30pm - 5.00pm. Friday from 7.30am - 12.00pm and from 1.30pm - 4.00pm
