The Park Affaires residence is in a great location, with Strasbourg city centre only 10 minutes away by tram and the European Parliament 20 minutes from the apart-hotel. For business and leisure trips, from one night to several months, Park Affaires offers the freedom and privacy of a real home away from home, with hotel services included!
The residence offers 140 fitted and furnished 1-room and 2-room apartment suites on a rental basis, designed for 1-4 people. Spacious apartments combining comfort and practicality: fitted kitchen, free and unlimited Internet access, corner office... Our guests can also take advantage of a launderette , a breakfast room, as well as a secure car park.
Our “à la carte” services make our residence the perfect compromise between an hotel and a private apartment!

Our studios feature a single bed for 1 person as well as a fold-out bed for 1 person and include the following equipment: fitted kitchen (twin electric hotplates, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery), flat-screen television, free and unlimited Internet access, cupboard/closet, corner office, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
2-room apartment for up to 4 people (30m2)
Our 2-room apartments feature 1 double bed or 2 single beds in the bedroom, a fold-out sofa bed in the living room and include the following equipment: fitted kitchen (twin electric hotplates, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery), flat-screen television, free and unlimited Internet access, cupboard/closet, corner office, bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
