36 villas form a small village-like community around a central building that incorporates 59 apartment suites, from studios to 3-room villas, all of them comfortable, cosy and practical. In each, will find a fully-fitted kitchen, free and unlimited Internet access and a flat-screen television.
Surrounded by trees and parkland, the residence offers peace and quiet for families and business travelers, with all of the advantages of being located near the city.

2-room apartment for up to 4 people
Our 2-room apartments feature a double bed or two single beds in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room and include the following equipment: fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, vitroceramic hotplates, cutlery and crockery for 4 people), a bathroom with bath, corner office, flat-screen television and free, unlimited Internet access.
2-room villa for 4 people
Our 2-room villas feature a double bed or two single beds in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room and include the following equipment: fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic hotplates, cutlery and crockery for 4 people), a bathroom with bath, corner office, flat-screen television and free, unlimited Internet access.
3-room villa for 6 people

Visitors are just a stone’s throw from one of the most magnificent examples of French history; the famous Château de Versailles. Take full advantage of this unforgettable heritage site, including the King’s apartments and the outstanding gardens, designed by André Le Nôtre. The Yvelines area is one of the greenest in the Ile de France. There are a wide range of open-air activities on offer and the landscape of the Chevreuse Valley that covers much of the region enchants visitors year after year.
Just minutes away, numerous sporting activities are possible at the Saint Quentin en Yvelines leisure centre, including wind surfing, canoeing and surfing. Horse and pony rides are also on offer all year round for adults and children over 2 years of age. Golfers also have the choice of one course with 9 holes and two with 18 holes, as well as a practice run. Finally, visitors can enjoy carting, as well as 4 adventure trails in the trees.
